BLITZ!

Be one of the first to preview BLITZ! A 30 min HIIT program, designed to be a challenging, intense workout!

Burn more fat but work out less: It may sound like a crazy idea, but dozens of scientific studies support the timesaving, calorie-burning benefits of quick workouts known as

high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Our BLITZ class will be taught in a team/small group training format. This means with only 12 people per class, your instructor(s) will be able to give you extra attention, more motivation and a bigger push to work beyond your comfort zone! Exercises range from strength, plyometrics, core work, body weight movements and recovery to give you the maximum full body workout in each 30 min session! LEARN MORE HERE!
